Meet The Team
Josh Mitchell
A straightforward and practical approach to business is the mantra that drives Josh’s success. Since 2008, he has established a stable of businesses under the Silver Arrow moniker, with a particular focus on property.
Josh initiated the development of Dorset’s most valuable single property residential development, and at this time, he has bought and sold over 500 properties in the North of England and sold over 370 properties in the South. His experience in running both construction and investment companies has also led him to found and invest in further businesses, including a letting agency and an independent furniture business. He is a director of the Associated Retirement Community Operators as well as SA Agency, a social media agency.
Julie Wilde
Since Silver Arrow’s creation in 2008 Julie has assisted Josh in moving the company forward at an exhilarating pace.
Her vast and accomplished knowledge in Property Law, Estate Agency, Property Management, acquisitions and sales, conveyancing, and qualified Interior Designer, she provides our SeClara Bespoke service working closely with the clients. Architecturally minded, she complements the team to ensure that both the clients’ practical and creative brief reflects not just a house but a lifestyle which is complete.
Julie has been instrumental in the smooth transition of many new builds at residence stage right from “site poor” to first-time sale and beyond. She has secured a natural transition to maintain and manage the properties.
